This cake was for a friend of the family. I loved making this cake with the jello as the pool. I had to make two batches of jello because the first one set up so fast and I wasn't done icing the cake! No worries there was no waste... the kids ate it LOL. I learned that next time I will make jello to go on the side for the party. Everyone wanted some of the jello. We just cut the cake so that anyone who wanted jello got a piece of it. 2010
